Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

During checkout, customers can choose the shipping option that best fits their needs.

Available shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery option selected during checkout.

Returns

Because ROLAX RECOVERY™ products are personal-care items, we accept returns only on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rolax-recovery.com and we'll make it right — no return required.
